This article is intended to clarify our pricing policy for PLGRND and our commitment to the protection of users of the service.
As a customer:
In order to protect your purchase, we take a commission equal to 3% of the amount of your article. This commission allows us to remunerate ourselves and to protect the customer in case of litigation or possible fraud. In this case, we will investigate to determine the damage and may refund the customer in full if it is proven that he or she has been abused.
As a seller:
First, remember to include shipping costs in the price when you create an ad to sell an item on PLGRND.
Depending on the payment method used by the customer, processing fees may be retained on the transaction by our payment partner (Stripe). These fees generally amount to about 2% of the order amount. Here are the details of the fees applied by Stripe:
Once an order is placed, sellers commit to shipping their items within 5 business days. Once the package is shipped, the tracking number of the item must be entered in the “My orders” section of your profile in the app.
Finally, in order for us to transfer the money from your sale, please send us a bank account number to email@example.com. The money will be transferred to you immediately after the customer has confirmed the receipt of the item in the application.
As with customers, in the event of a dispute between the two parties, PLGRND will investigate to determine the damage and may be compensated accordingly.
